These terms govern use of AdCerberus, operated by Individual entrepreneur Nikita Vereshchagin, an individual entrepreneur in Georgia. They apply to invited users and their organizations from 22 September 2026. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling, including hosting by Contabo in France.

01 / SERVICE

What AdCerberus provides

An invitation-only AdCerberus workspace for authorized advertising teams. There is no public registration or purchase flow, and no paid plans are currently offered on this website.
Reporting connects Facebook with ads_read, lets users select available advertising accounts, queues synchronization and displays stored campaign statistics. Buyers can separately choose statistics and management with ads_read and ads_management to explicitly pause or start a selected campaign in their authorized accounts. Authorized administrators may additionally request ads_mcp_management for their management profile. Available actions remain limited by the user’s role, account access and permissions granted by Meta.
Organization, role, team and buyer access controls that limit who can see and operate each workspace function.

Campaign status changes require an explicit user request and confirmation for one selected campaign. Starting a campaign can cause advertising spend under the account’s existing settings; the user is responsible for those settings and charges from Meta. A campaign being ACTIVE does not guarantee delivery. Ad creation, creative changes and budget editing are outside this flow. Automatic campaign stopping is not enabled.

02 / AUTHORIZED USE

User responsibilities

Use only an AdCerberus account issued to you and keep its login credentials and sessions secure.
Connect only Facebook identities and advertising accounts that you are authorized to access and report on.
Do not provide Facebook passwords, browser cookies, session data, recovery codes or access tokens outside the product's authorized OAuth flow.
Do not attempt to bypass workspace access rules, interfere with synchronization, extract another organization’s data or use the service in a way that violates applicable platform rules.

03 / REPORTING

How reporting behaves

Source and timing

Facebook reporting imports are queued and may be delayed, partial or failed. A queued or completed status is not a guarantee that every provider field is available.

Currency and date

Meta spend remains in the advertising account currency and uses the account's daily timezone context. AdCerberus does not silently convert currency.

Disconnect

Disconnect stops future access through that connection. It does not erase reporting already stored for earlier periods or change its original AdCerberus attribution.

Deletion request

A Meta data-erasure request is separate from disconnect. Email the operator to request deletion, including if you cannot sign in. The Privacy center supports eligible connection requests with current-password confirmation.

04 / OPERATION

Access changes and service status

Facebook or advertising-account access can expire, be revoked, become restricted or fail validation. AdCerberus can then stop new synchronization for the affected connection while keeping stored historical reporting.

Access is by invitation for users authorized by their organization. Keep your account and connected advertising access secure. The operator may suspend access to address misuse, security incidents or legal requirements. You may stop using the service and request account or data deletion by email. Suspension or leaving an organization does not remove your ability to make a privacy request. Material service changes will be described in the application or communicated to the affected users.

05 / SERVICE TERMS

Operator and service terms

Operator and effective date: Individual entrepreneur Nikita Vereshchagin — individual entrepreneur; Queen Tamar Street, building No. 19, 2nd floor, Tskneti, Vake district, Tbilisi, Georgia. Effective date follows final publication.
Service availability and support: The service is provided as available and depends on third-party APIs. Maintenance and provider outages may interrupt it. No fixed uptime or support-response guarantee is offered. Send support requests to the contact below; statutory privacy-response obligations remain applicable.
Intellectual property and feedback: Each party retains its rights to its existing software, content and data. Access to AdCerberus allows use of the service and does not transfer ownership of the application or of another organization’s data.
Warranties, liability and indemnity: Reports depend on the accuracy, availability and timing of external providers. Check material figures against the source before business decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Governing law and disputes: The operator is an individual entrepreneur in Georgia. Mandatory applicable law and statutory user rights prevail. Contact the operator to seek resolution of a dispute; your right to apply to a competent authority or court is preserved.
