EFFECTIVE FROM 22 SEPTEMBER 2026
Data deletion
This page separates two different actions: disconnecting Facebook from AdCerberus and asking
the AdCerberus operator to delete personal data. They do not have the same effect.
01 / TWO ACTIONS
Disconnect is not deletion
Disconnect Facebook
Stops future access and synchronization through that AdCerberus connection. Its local
credential is revoked or removed and its selected routes become inactive. Already
stored campaign reporting remains available in its original AdCerberus history.
Request personal-data deletion
Starts a Meta data-erasure process for eligible Facebook connections originally
connected by the requester. It can be submitted after disconnect without reconnecting.
It does not delete the AdCerberus account, organization or membership.
Disconnecting in AdCerberus does not send a data-deletion request and does not promise
deletion of reporting history, audit records or data held by Facebook.
02 / REQUEST CHANNELS
How to request Meta data erasure
To request deletion, email support@adcerberus.com with your AdCerberus account email, the connections or data concerned, and whether you are requesting Meta-data erasure or deletion of other account data. You do not need to log in or reconnect Facebook. The operator verifies ownership before disclosing or deleting data. Do not send passwords or access tokens. The in-app AdCerberus request flow is available for eligible connections.

-
Sign in to AdCerberus and open Privacy. Select one or more eligible Facebook
connections that you originally connected.
-
Review the exact connection and target labels, the consequences and backup-pending
stage. Confirm with the current AdCerberus password.
-
Track the request inside Privacy. Active data can be erased before backup cleanup
completes. The status shows a backup removal deadline when applicable.
-
If you connect Facebook again later, statistics start collecting from the next day in
the advertising account timezone. Earlier history is not restored.
-
External copies already held by Meta or exported to CSV or Google Sheets remain outside
AdCerberus erasure completion.

03 / REVIEW SCOPE
What the Meta request covers
-
The selected Facebook connections, their saved access credentials, selected advertising
accounts and reporting history attributable to those connections.
-
Facebook connection identifiers, encrypted credential material, granted scopes,
validation state and selected advertising-account routes.
-
Stored campaign reporting, including campaign identity, date, clicks, spend, source
and synchronization provenance associated with the original AdCerberus allocation.
-
Safe audit and status records remain for their stated schedules. Automatic backup disposal is enabled, but completion requires a fresh verified inventory showing that every backup capable of restoring the erased data has actually been removed. A request stays open while such a backup exists. Recovery access is restricted.
